There are a lot of great places to eat in Hawaii! If you would like to exchange links, let us know! We'll link to your Hawaii restaurant, catering company, farm, store, or whatever!

The pictures on the right are from The Coffee Shack on the Big Island! What a great place, and we just happened upon it while hungry!

Robin's friend Alex Stanislaw is the chef at the Plantation House restaurant in Kapalua, Maui.

Robin used to work at Longhi's, in Lahaina, Maui.

Spencer and I like to eat at Maui Tacos!

If you're trying to save money on your Hawaii vacation, we suggest you get a Hawaii vacation rental with a kitchen, like one of those on our Hawaiian accommodations page. Then, buy some fresh fish and vegies at a grocery store and cook them at the vacation rental! Or, go to one of the many parks or Hawaiian campgrounds that have grills and fire up some charcoal.  Eating out every night can get really expensive. All of the grocery stores have selections of fresh fish, and there are many fresh fish markets throughout the islands.

Suggestions are welcome.

And about 5000 miles away, nestled in the Central Leatherstocking region, you'll find the gourmet upstate New York restaurant: The Rose and Kettle.
